Job Description:
At Crescens, we are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Administration, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience with Service Cloud, Education Cloud, Student Success Hub, or Experience Cloud.

This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, organization-wide defaults, and sharing rules.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for Salesforce configuration changes, including Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.

We are looking for a proactive individual who can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions in support of the CRM Services product Road map.

The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, be a creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, and be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications and Background Required:
Strong Salesforce product knowledge and hands-on administration experience with Service Cloud, Education Cloud, Student Success Hub, or Experience Cloud
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Additional Salesforce certifications, e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder

Desirable:
Trailhead - Ranger Level
Trailhead Superbadges - Admin Super Set or App Builder Super Set
Experience with higher education processes
