We are on the lookout for a dedicated PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant who is eager to contribute actively during peak times.

We operate on a cash-based model, which offers you the freedom to engage with patients without the constraints of insurance companies.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist our full-time physical therapists by supporting clients and gaining insights from diverse cases.
  • Administer Shockwave therapy treatments as per a flexible daily schedule (training provided).
  • Receive hands-on Pilates instructor training and collaborate with our Pilates Director in delivering classes and specialized programs.
  • Support the front office team with client scheduling and future planning.
  • Manage a reasonable caseload of 6-8 patients daily (subject to successful completion of a 6-month training program).
  • Participate in weekly mentorship and training sessions, regardless of your experience level.
  • Celebrate client successes and foster a positive environment that encourages informed health decisions.

What We Seek:
  • A full or part-time physical therapist assistant or personal trainer with Pilates experience (not mandatory) to join our hardworking, family-oriented team.
  • Preferred candidates will have 1-2 years of outpatient experience, be highly motivated, and ready to absorb knowledge.
  • Must be upbeat, personable, and genuinely enjoy working with people. Our practice is built on delivering a top-notch client experience that encourages referrals.
  • Ability to quickly establish trust and foster long-term relationships with clients.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply—you will receive extensive training and mentorship to excel in this unique setting.
