Job Summary

The Outreach Specialist will be primarily responsible for conducting outreach in the community to raise awareness of and promote the PACE program. This position will work collaboratively with the Enrollment Specialists with the goal of increasing census within the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted outreach and training to community-based organizations under the direction of the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator.
  • Participate in events/fairs that could potentially result in partnerships for San Diego PACE.
  • Maintain tracking logs of outreach efforts.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Coordinator to develop outreach strategies.
  • Develop and maintain reports to assess and analyze outreach activities for the purpose of maximizing enrollment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years' experience working in a customer service role.
  • Knowledge on how to create contacts and generate a referral source.
  • Comfortable with monthly goals and productivity metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to cultivate and build positive relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders.
