With a strong background in aircraft interior maintenance and a proven track record of leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of interior technicians in the maintenance and repair of commercial and regional aircraft
* Ensure the highest level of quality and safety in our work
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects
* Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

* 4 years minimum experience working as an interior technician, maintaining commercial and/or large regional aircraft
* 2 years minimum experience working as a lead interior technician or supervisor
* Valid A&P license preferred, but must have an A license at a minimum
* Ability to work whatever shift and schedule is required
* Ability to obtain an airport license

Additional Qualifications:

* Must hold a valid driver's license
* Must not be under a doctor's care with limited work restrictions
* Must be able to pass a background check and obtain all necessary badging
* Must be able to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, and work stands unassisted
* Must be able to bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop frequently in confined spaces
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
* Must be willing to work in an environment that is subject to changing climate conditions and moderate noise levels
* Must have excellent communication and people skills
* Must be able to exercise good judgment in a team environment as well as in aircraft maintenance and safety
* Must have problem-solving and organizational skills
* Must be able to read and understand company and manufacturer manuals
