About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant in our Float Pool, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients in various units within our hospital. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming patients.
  • Provide basic nursing care to non-critical patients, including vital sign monitoring and documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe environment, including ensuring patient rooms are clean and organized.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of recent, acute, in-hospital experience in a multi-unit setting preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate (both verbally and in writing) in English.
  • Comfortable in the use of computer systems preferred.
  • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant from Nevada State Board of Nursing.
  • BLS (AHA) certification required.
