Job Summary

This position provides essential support to patients and healthcare teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to deliver high-quality care to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and safety
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in procedures to ensure accurate documentation of patient care
  • Assist with scheduling diagnostic tests and treatments in ancillary departments
  • Maintain unit supplies and communicate effectively with interdepartmental teams
Requirements
  • Working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking
  • 6 months of CNA experience preferred
  • Valid CA or NV Driver's license and ability to pass Renown Health's Department of Motor Vehicle Report criteria
  • AHA BLS certification and ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada CNA certification
