Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant

At Renown Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team. As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing or assisting in activities of daily living, as well as emotional support to Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients. You will work under the supervision of the unit manager or nurse on duty, providing personal hygiene, mobility, safety, and comfort to patients as directed by the professional nurse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide or assist in activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and safety
  • Offer emotional support to patients and their families
  • Work under the supervision of the unit manager or nurse on duty
  • Assist in procedures to facilitate the proper documentation of patient care
  • Maintain unit supplies and interdepartmental communication
Requirements:
  • Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Six months CNA experience preferred
  • Valid CA or NV Driver's license and ability to pass Renown Health's Department of Motor Vehicle Report criteria
  • AHA BLS certification
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada CNA certification
