Estimated Salary: $83,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Acknowledge patient condition during admission and throughout each shift, recognizing any changes in patient status and reporting them as necessary.
  • Execute procedures or other functions as ordered by medical providers.
  • Document the administration of care in the patient's medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of cardiac and medical-surgical patients.
Qualifications
  • Obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Hold ACLS Certification.
  • Hold a valid Registered Nurse license in Texas or a Compact state.
  • Possess a Registered Nurse Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Demonstrate 1-2 years of experience in cardiovascular telemetry or cardiac nursing.
