Job Overview

Nram United, a well-established sign manufacturing company with over 50 years of experience, is seeking a Lead Sign Installer. This role is ideal for a skilled professional in the signage sector who possesses the ability to manage a team of 2-5 individuals effectively without micromanaging. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the installation and servicing of various signage products including channel letters, pylon signs, LED displays, and more.
  • Operate crane and bucket trucks; crane operator certification is preferred.
  • Maintain a clean driving record; a CDL is preferred.
  • Supervise and mentor 1-2 assistant or apprentice technicians.
  • Travel for work, with company-covered expenses for drive time, meals, and accommodations.
Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in electrical sign installation and service is required. Experience with vinyl work is a plus.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for 80% of the work schedule.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 60 pounds.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling may be required.
Employment Details

Type: Full-time

Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 annually
