Job Overview

This role is ideal for an experienced professional in the signage sector who possesses leadership qualities and can effectively manage a team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of various signage products, including channel letters, pylon signs, LED displays, and more.
  • Lead a team of 2-5 field technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship without micromanaging.
  • Operate crane and bucket trucks; crane operator certification is preferred.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean driving record (CDL preferred).
  • Travel for job assignments, with company-provided accommodations and meals.
Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in electrical sign installation and service is required. Experience in supervising assistant or apprentice-level technicians is essential.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for 80% of the work schedule.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 60 pounds.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling may be required.
