Job Summary

Axinn Veltrop & Harkrider LLP is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and review incoming invoices, ensuring proper approvals and coding accuracy.
  • Enter invoices and check requests into Aderant, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payment.
  • Prepare a weekly check schedule, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  • Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual 1099s and other financial reports.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with attorneys, staff, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other document management tools.
