Key Responsibilities:
Conduct blood draws using venipuncture and capillary methods for patients of all ages Collect specimens for various tests including drug screenings and paternity assessments Accurately enter patient data in a timely manner Process billing information and handle payments as necessary Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and analysis Maintain logs of patient and specimen information Provide exceptional customer service to all patients Perform administrative and clerical tasks as required Travel to additional sites as neededRequired Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Preferred: Phlebotomy certification from an accredited institution Previous experience in phlebotomy Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team Comfortable working with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and a clean driving record if applicable Flexibility to work overtime as needed Ability to pass a standardized color blindness testIf you are seeking a career that offers growth, ongoing development, and the opportunity to make a significant impact, we encourage you to consider this position.
