Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Fremont, CA. As a clinician with Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a motivated patient population and enjoy a flexible schedule with no required call.
Responsibilities- Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients
- Work collaboratively with our support team to ensure seamless client service
- Participate in monthly in-house professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Have access to a customized marketing plan to promote your services
- Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, and annual pay increases
- Must have a PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology and be licensed in California
- Must be willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- A competitive salary up to $156,800 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities
