Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete patient journey, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care, with duties in the surgical suite.
- Ensure timely access to patient records as needed.
- Monitor the management and security of patient and clinical records.
- Assist with pre-operative and post-operative assessments as required.
- Support the RN with essential opening and closing tasks.
- Prepare surgical instruments, equipment, and the operating environment.
- Document surgical notes and patient progress.
- Provide assistance to the physician during procedures as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of the operating room and instruments.
- Clearly communicate treatment procedures, medications, and physician instructions to patients and their caregivers.
- Schedule follow-up appointments for patients.
- Manage medical supplies effectively.

Physical Demands:
- Proficient use of telecommunication and computer systems while interacting with patients, caregivers, and medical staff.
- Adequate vision and hearing capabilities.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Key Skills/Qualifications:
- Valid and current State LVN/LPN License required.
- ACLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained annually.
- Strong clinical judgment regarding wound assessment, including signs of infection, bleeding, and healing.
- Ability to interpret various forms of instructions, whether written, oral, or diagrammatic.
- Competence in writing reports and correspondence.
- Problem-solving skills and logical reasoning in a professional context.
- Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Basic arithmetic skills.

Education:
- Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN program with successful completion of the state licensing examination.

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LVN/LPN.
- Recent experience in operating room settings and circulating.
- Experience in a cosmetic surgery environment is advantageous.
