Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Anesthesia Specialist to join our team at Children's of Alabama. As a Staff Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to our young patients.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out the specific responsibilities outlined below, while embodying the Vision of the Hospital: A BETTER CHILDHOOD FOR ALL CHILDREN.
  • Contribute to the Hospital Mission - TO PROVIDE THE FINEST PEDIATRIC HEALTH SERVICES TO ALL CHILDREN IN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT FOSTERS EXCELLENCE IN RESEARCH AND MEDICAL EDUCATION.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an approved program of nurse anesthesia accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse issued by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
  • Certified/Recertified by American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
  • Current BLS certification.
