Your Responsibilities:

  • Logistics: Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling packages, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Security: Monitor and operate electronic security control systems, ensuring the safety and security of residents and guests.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining daily logs, records, and forms, and completing required reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including property management, maintenance, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
  • Experience: Two to three years of customer service or related experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 30-50 pounds, work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods, and navigate the property as required.
