Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at AHC West Tennessee Transitional Care LLC. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized healthcare to residents, including prescribed treatments and administering medications.
- Supervise and direct the day-to-day functions of nursing aides and support staff.
- Perform administrative duties, such as documenting assessments, managing inventory, and requesting supplies and equipment.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
- Perform emergency procedures, such as CPR.
Requirements:
- Current licensure in the state of Tennessee or compact state as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds.
- Supervise support staff, including training, scheduling, and assigning work.
