We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at AHC West Tennessee Transitional Care LLC. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading our team of caregivers.

• Provide personalized healthcare to residents, including prescribed treatments and supervising other caregivers to ensure the comfort and safety of those we serve.
• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing aides and support staff, ensuring seamless care delivery.
• Perform administrative duties, such as documenting assessments, managing inventory, and requesting supplies and equipment.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents, ensuring a smooth transition process.
• Perform emergency procedures, such as CPR, to ensure the well-being of our residents.

• Currently licensed in the state of Tennessee or compact state as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current CPR certification.
• Frequent lifting of objects up to 50 pounds.
• Supervise support staff, including training, scheduling, and assigning work, as well as reviewing performance and assisting in problem-solving for staff issues.
