Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at AHC West Tennessee Transitional Care LLC. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading our nursing team.
Responsibilities:- Provide personalized healthcare to residents, including prescribed treatments and supervising other caregivers to ensure their comfort and safety.
- Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing aides and support staff, including training, scheduling, and assigning work.
- Perform administrative duties such as documenting assessments, managing inventory, and requesting supplies and equipment.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
- Perform emergency procedures such as CPR.
- Current licensure in the state of Tennessee or a compact state as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Current CPR certification.
- Frequent lifting of objects up to 50 pounds.
