We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our team as a Dialysis Nurse RN in a Skilled Nursing setting. As a Dialysis Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment in a Skilled Nursing facility.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment, including assessing, diagnosing, and implementing complete care plans.
- Supervise Dialysis Technicians to ensure efficient and effective delivery of dialysis care.
- Collaborate with Skilled Nursing staff to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 12 months of RN experience, with a focus on dialysis nursing.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
