As an Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you will assist our orthopedic surgeons in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, conducting patient evaluations, formulating treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, assisting in surgeries, providing patient education, and managing post-operative care.
Responsibilities may also include performing procedures like joint injections, aspirations, reductions, and wound care, requiring excellent communication and clinical skills.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a generous ETO package, CME/Dues package, and a competitive retirement package.
Qualifications include certification/degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program, two years of Orthopaedic PA or NP experience preferred, and eligibility for licensure as a PA-C or NP by the State of Vermont.
