Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team of primary care providers at DMC Primary Care. This is a full-time opportunity to work closely with nursing staff and physicians to deliver high-quality primary care to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients, as well as providing personalized patient education and care. Our goal is to provide an enhanced type of primary care that offers high clinical quality, expanded services for patients with chronic conditions, and a patient-centered approach.
Position Highlights:
- Flexible schedule with options for 5 days or 4 days per week with an extended day
- Minimal Saturday hours
- Paid time off, comprehensive insurance benefits, and 401K
Qualifications:
- State of New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner license or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
- A minimum of three years of previous outpatient primary care experience
