Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees supplier partnerships with a budget of up to $5 million.
  • Conducts vendor negotiations and implements optimal practices for cost management and sourcing initiatives.
  • Ensures the precision of product information and supervises item upkeep.
  • Manages contracts and compliance to mitigate risks effectively.
  • Develops vendor communication strategies and executes cross-departmental communication plans.
  • Evaluates competitors' offerings and strategies.
  • Leads project management for product assortments and supports category evaluations.
  • Assists in the rollout of new programs and resolves issues as they arise.
  • Promotes enhancements in business systems.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in merchandising and/or retail sectors.
