Production Technology Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and optimize production technology for new and existing Schaeffler products.
- Design, validate, and implement production technologies that meet quality, cost, and robustness standards.
- Initiate and coordinate the development of production machines and tools.
- Validate machines and tools to ensure they meet production requirements.
- Support production departments in realizing production goals, including hand-over, training, and trouble-shooting.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
