The Wellness Spa Coordinator plays a crucial role within the Spa and Wellness Management team at Wildflower Farms.
In this position, you will uphold the highest standards of luxury service across various areas including the front desk, lounge/locker room, pool/sauna, and fitness center.
Your responsibilities will include supporting team members, enforcing spa protocols, and ensuring that all spa equipment is in optimal working condition, allowing clients to leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and guide front desk associates to provide outstanding service, offering constructive feedback when necessary.
- Monitor and keep front desk staff informed about treatments, group bookings, and promotional offers.
- Clearly explain services, treatments, and procedures to clients.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels for retail and professional products, ensuring stock is available in treatment rooms.
- Conduct daily inspections of treatment rooms, noting any discrepancies or issues.
- Oversee daily spa operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and general facility upkeep.
- Assist the Spa Director and Assistant Spa Manager in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Address guest challenges and relay any complaints to the Assistant Spa Manager promptly.
- Manage product knowledge training, supply orders, inventory counts, and month-end reporting.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered by all employees in line with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all facilities.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the hotel/spa and confidently discuss other amenities available.
Compensation:
$24/hr
