KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Architect and execute contemporary endpoint management frameworks tailored for large-scale operations.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps.
  • Establish and deploy identity services that facilitate secure authentication and access for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Define and uphold identity provisioning processes and role-based access controls; create and refine systems to automate workflows for provisioning, management, and de-provisioning of directory objects and services.
  • Develop and enforce directory structures, security protocols, policies, and naming conventions.
  • Create and sustain scripts aimed at automating system deployment, operations, and management tasks.
  • Manage the deployment, configuration, security, and monitoring of devices and client applications within an enterprise setting.
  • Provide Level 3 support for escalated Service Desk inquiries and incidents.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance and offer after-hours support as necessary.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Expertise in Microsoft Intune
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
  • Knowledge of Azure AD, identity security, and compliance
  • Experience with Azure Arc and hybrid cloud management
  • Competence in Google Workspace
  • Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
  • Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory
  • Familiarity with SSO-related technologies such as ADFS, OAuth, Okta, or other SAML & OpenID Connect providers.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting and utility scripts

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT-related roles.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • Relevant Microsoft 365 certifications
  • Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications
  • Relevant Google Workspace certifications
