Support Staff for Student Success

We are seeking a qualified Support Staff for Student Success to join our team at Oregon Public Schools. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and contribute to their academic growth and development.
Responsibilities:
• Provide academic support to students in various subjects
• Assist teachers with lesson planning, implementation, and assessment
• Maintain accurate records and reports as needed
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
