Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Paraprofessional to join our team at Oregon Public Schools. As a paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers with instructional activities, including lesson planning, implementation, and assessment
• Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs
• Maintain accurate records and reports as needed
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $15.96 - $21.38 per hour, depending on experience and education level. Additionally, you will be eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings options.
