Job Description

As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to patients, assisting with medical procedures, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $7,050 per month, based on 37 hours of work per week at a rate of $15 on W2. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care to patients, including assistance with daily living activities and mobility needs.
  • Assist with medical procedures, such as taking vital signs and administering medications.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Document patient progress and report any concerns to the healthcare team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a certificate or diploma in nursing assistance, have previous experience working in a healthcare setting, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
