What We Offer

  • Compensation Package: An estimated $55,000 - $65,000 per year salary, depending on experience.

  • Job Description:
    • Participate in daily team meetings to review client visits and coordinate care.
    • Attend meetings with clients to develop recovery goals and overcome obstacles.
    • Provide support with understanding medications and find solutions to challenges.
    • Communicate with client families and support members as part of the client's recovery plan.
    • Ensure client housing needs are stable and facilitate applications with Housing Authorities.
    • Participate in individual or group supervision for therapeutic and problem-solving techniques.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in human services.
  • An associate's degree in a related field required; a bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and writing skills.
  • Self-motivated and independent with the ability to prioritize work.
  • A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
