Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an author, reviewer, or signatory for shipping and customs documentation generated by the company.
  • Stay updated on applicable laws and regulations from government agencies, translating them into actionable compliance practices.
  • Support free trade initiatives by collaborating with procurement teams to verify product eligibility for trade agreements.
  • Utilize ACE accounts for filing Electronic Export Information (EEI) for company-routed exports.
  • Generate necessary data points for customer-initiated exports.
  • Identify, report, and rectify compliance errors to enhance operational processes.
  • Adhere to established internal compliance protocols while actively contributing to process improvement efforts.
Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess prior experience in compliance roles and demonstrate the ability to manage timelines effectively to meet project goals.
