We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Systems Analyst specializing in Epic to join our healthcare IT team at Saint Joseph Medical Center. As an Epic Application Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing healthcare delivery through advanced clinical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize, support, and maintain Epic systems to ensure seamless integration, functionality, and user satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing system issues and user inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with clinical end-users to collect requirements, design workflows, and configure Epic software.
  • Participate in the implementation and upgrade projects of Epic systems, ensuring proper integration with existing systems and conducting system testing, quality assurance, and validation processes.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Windows operating system platforms.
  • 1 year of applicable work experience required.
  • Working knowledge of a Health Information System preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations preferred.
  • Outpatient: EpicCare Ambulatory proficiency to be obtained in 1 year.
  • Inpatient: EpicCare Inpatient proficiency to be obtained in 1 year.
  • 20% travel, all local.
