About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our team at Diversicare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and support to our care team, ensuring that patient and resident needs are met, and evaluating team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and support to the care team to ensure high-quality patient and resident care.
  • Ensure that patient and resident needs are met through effective coordination of services.
  • Evaluate team performance and implement strategies to improve care delivery.
  • Work directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care.
Requirements
  • Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse with experience in the long-term care industry preferred.
  • Ability to plan, evaluate, and coordinate services.
  • Experience in triaging tasks, supervision of nursing team members, and coordination of services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience.
