ABOUT YOUR ROLE

In this position, you will actively engage in all aspects of customer service operations, collaborating with external support teams and working closely with various internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to our clients.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Order Management:
Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and keeping clients informed throughout the process.

Client Engagement:
Maintain regular communication with customers to strengthen relationships and gather insights on market trends and competitor activities.

Production Coordination:
Relay accurate information to production teams, ensuring that delivery schedules are met and maintaining open lines of communication with key production personnel.

Sales Collaboration:
Ensure timely delivery of pricing information and maintain clear communication with the sales team to provide consistent messaging to customers.

Financial Coordination:
Provide precise instructions to the finance department regarding invoicing and billing inquiries, ensuring all changes are accurately documented.

Interdepartmental Liaison:
Keep updated on critical information when managing global accounts and negotiate favorable terms for order processing.

Customer Issue Resolution:
Address customer complaints effectively, collaborating with support teams as necessary.

Team Leadership:
Assist in the development of the customer service team, reporting on market activities and stepping in for colleagues when needed.

Continuous Improvement:
Strive for excellence by adhering to quality, environmental, health, and safety standards, while also pursuing personal and professional development through training opportunities.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the apparel industry with a strong understanding of business operations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, planning, and analytical skills.
Proficient in both oral and written communication, with strong interpersonal abilities.

EDUCATION:
Completion of GCE A/L with additional qualifications in CIM or a related field.
