Job Description

At Trenton Karlson - State Farm Agent, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Account Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting the development of our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and promote the sale of insurance products.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and marketing goals.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License.
