Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Brewista to join our team. As a Brewista, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, preparing high-quality drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is a positive experience.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu offerings, promotions, and company initiatives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
