Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Team Member to join our team as a Barista. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving our signature Cuban coffee drinks, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide friendly and attentive service to customers
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Cashiering
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Barista
    • Prepare and serve our signature Cuban coffee drinks
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Sandwich Maker/Griller
    • Prepare and grill sandwiches to order
  • Inventory Accounting and Recording
    • Count and record inventory levels
    • Reorder supplies as needed
  • Opening and Closing Duties
    • Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing the workspace
