We are seeking experienced Clinical Research Associates with a background in sponsor operations to transition into a more centralized role. This position is based in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Role Details:

  • Position: Senior In-House Clinical Research Associate/Site Manager
  • Work Arrangement: Onsite 4 days a week with the flexibility of working from home on Fridays
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years in monitoring
  • Preferred Background: Experience with sponsor organizations or Functional Service Provider (FSP) models is welcomed
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary up to $170K, plus bonus and equity opportunities
  • Specialization: Candidates with experience in Rare Diseases, Pediatrics, or Gene Therapy are preferred
