Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines to support sales data analysis
  • Integrate data from various internal and external sources (CRM, ERP, marketing systems) to ensure a unified data platform
  • Develop and implement data models, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
  • Optimize data storage solutions and structures for analytics, reporting, and forecasting needs
  • Manage and optimize databases, including cloud-based platforms, for efficient data retrieval and storage
  • Ensure high availability, security, and performance of databases supporting the Sales Operations team
  • Develop, maintain, and automate ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to support data flows from various systems
  • Ensure data is transformed and loaded correctly into data warehouses, supporting downstream analytics and reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across all data sources
  • Implement and enforce data governance policies, including access controls and data lineage documentation
  • Work closely with Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to understand data needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with teams to enable advanced analysis and machine learning initiatives
  • Automate routine data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts in data extraction and transformation
  • Continuously optimize data workflows to ensure real-time or near-real-time access to key sales data
  • Provide the Sales Operations team with technical support to ensure smooth and timely reporting
  • Develop and support data visualization solutions (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) by ensuring reliable and structured data feeds
  • Generate and maintain regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track key sales KPIs
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support sales leadership and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or related field
  • Previous experience building and managing ETL pipelines and integrating diverse data sources
  • Previous experience working in a sales-driven organization and understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Prior experience with database design, data modeling, and performance tuning
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in data tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Alteryx)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for enabling reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
