Overview of Work:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Futran Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing data for ingestion to a data warehouse, supporting data management, data mapping, and data modeling activities. They will also provide oversight and help troubleshoot data quality and integrity.

Technical Skills:
The successful candidate will have strong skills in Power BI, DAX, and SQL, as well as knowledge of data modeling patterns and designs. They will also be familiar with Azure Data Lake and Azure SQL storage platforms, as well as older storage platforms such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, and Teradata. Additionally, they will have awareness of integration tools within Azure, such as Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Data Brick.

Soft Skills:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with both business SMEs and development team members. They will also have experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) tool for work management and be a practitioner of Agile/SAFe practices. Furthermore, they will have awareness of data modeling best practices, including Star Schema, Time-Series, CI/CD, and Cube.

Responsibilities:
The Data Analyst will be responsible for preparing data for ingestion to a data warehouse, supporting data management, data mapping, and data modeling activities. They will also provide oversight and help troubleshoot data quality and integrity. Additionally, they will work with data architects/engineers to fix problems and develop, navigate, and comprehend mapping documents.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence, with experience in Power BI, DAX, and SQL. They will also have knowledge of data modeling patterns and designs, as well as familiarity with Azure Data Lake and Azure SQL storage platforms. Additionally, they will have awareness of integration tools within Azure and be a practitioner of Agile/SAFe practices.
