Job Summary

The Patient Care Coordinator is a vital member of the Bridgewell team, responsible for providing administrative support to our clinic clients. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel and handling phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Support the Intake/Registration Coordinator by ensuring patient information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collect and process co-pays, maintaining accurate records and handling requests for information as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, conference room, kitchen, and waiting room.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; formal certification or education in medical records, confidentiality regulations, or medical office operations preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve effectively and multitask.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
