Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Prompt Recruiting. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in overseeing a caseload of 6-8 children in a center-based setting, managing and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments, and supervising treatment plans.
Responsibilities:- Oversee a caseload of 6-8 children in a center-based setting
- Manage and train RBTs
- Conduct assessments and supervise treatment plans
- Provide parent coaching and collaborate with other disciplines, including Speech and Occupational Therapy
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- Experience using ABLS, AFOLS, and VB-Mapp preferred
- LBA in TN or eligible for LBA
- $5,000 - $10,000 sign-on bonus
- 4-day workweek
- Hiring for multiple centers and companies around Nashville
- Premier ABA provider
- Compensation: $80K - $100K
