Hopebridge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Travel BCBA. As a Travel BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify individualized needs and develop evidence-based intervention plans.
  • Supervise and guide team members to ensure high-quality care and adherence to professional and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to families and caregivers.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and research.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, education, or behavior analysis).
  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Proven experience in behavioral therapy and supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
  • Total Compensation: $77,000 - $118,750 per year, including base salary and bi-weekly bonuses.
  • Mission Bonus: Earn an additional $2,000 per month while on assignment.
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 per assignment.
  • Clinician-Designed Bonus: Bi-weekly rewards for client engagement and caseload.
  • Paid Time Off: 30 days per year (20 vacation, 8 holidays, 2 professional development).
