We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Insurance Consultant to join our team at Endava. As a Strategic Advisor, you will play a key role in driving business growth and providing industry subject matter expertise to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our Commercial discipline to analyze, define, and refine architecture outputs;
- Understand and translate customer business goals and objectives, and reflect these appropriately by defining future-state technology and architecture roadmaps and proposals;
- Actively shape the scope, requirements, and technical approach of projects;
- Proactively review customer solutions and propose improvements and strategic direction in view of client goals;
- Collaborate with our sales and account teams to shape the Endava response to stakeholder needs, interests, and areas of opportunity;
- Build relationships with key stakeholders on client engagements;
- Develop and execute strategies and architectures in large corporate environments;
- Align technology strategy with business strategy;
- Provide industry expertise and advisory to both clients and internal teams;
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior technical stakeholders;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and pain points;
- Identify opportunities for business growth and development;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Contribute to the development of our Commercial discipline;
- Participate in internal and external meetings via video calls;
- Travel to corporate or client offices as necessary;
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience;
- Minimum of 10 years of insurance industry expertise;
- Strong experience in aligning technology strategy with business strategy;
- Practical experience in architecture within the insurance industry;
- Experience in large enterprises working alongside architecture and agile teams;
- Ability to work with our sales and account teams;
- Strong experience in presenting strong business cases for change;
- Ability to maintain initiative and focus during negotiations;
- High levels of ownership and ability to work across functions to ensure good client outcomes;
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: London markets, personal lines, commercial lines, brokerage, and reinsurance;
- Experience with architecture domains, frameworks, and modern design practices;
