Job Title: Beauty Advisor - Flex

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Advisor to join our team at Sephora. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in helping clients discover the power of beauty and creating personalized experiences for every client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to understand clients' beauty goals and recommend products that help them look and feel their best.
  • Demonstrate product application techniques and skincare routines to showcase your expertise.
  • Stay current with the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora to provide exceptional client service.
  • Participate in sales and promotional events to drive business growth.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Prior equivalent work experience in retail, preferably in a beauty-related field.
  • Passion for client service and beauty, with strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment, with flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance, with ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
