As a Fire Alarm, Access Control, and CCTV Service Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional service to our customers. Your expertise in low-voltage electrical systems, including Fire/Life Safety systems, Access Control, Nurse Call, and Paging systems, will be essential in ensuring the safety and security of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to service calls from our Service Resource Center, diagnosing and repairing electronic fire alarm systems and other related building system products.
  • Interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, and operational product manuals to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills, communicating effectively with district staff and customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in scheduled on-call rotations and help train or mentor others on the service team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring the highest level of service and quality.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of documented experience in low-voltage electrical systems, including Fire/Life Safety systems, Access Control, Nurse Call, and Paging systems.
  • State of Oklahoma Fire Alarm, Access Control, and CCTV licenses.
  • Knowledge of test equipment, multi-meter, digital analyzer, and commissioning devices.
  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, perform physical labor, and work in unusual positions.
  • Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NICET Level II certification.
  • Nurse call license.
