About the Role:

As an Account Executive at Elara Caring, you will play a vital role in generating admissions and growing patient census in a designated territory. This customer-facing (outside sales) position involves selling, growth, and marketing of clinical programs and outcomes to become a top provider of care in our communities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with a wide range of medical professionals to connect Elara Caring's high-quality in-home care to eligible patients and families.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions to meet patient and business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals.
  • Meet and exceed business objectives while demonstrating adaptability and a competitive mindset.

Requirements:

We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven individual with:

Bachelor's degree in Business (preferred).Post-acute or DME sales experience (preferred).Hospice sales experience (strongly preferred).Proven sales acumen and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to interact with healthcare professionals at all levels with confidence and professionalism.Valid driver's license and current auto insurance under the laws of the state.
