Teller

Southwest Missouri Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a high level of security.

• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Handle customer needs and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Balance teller drawer daily and comply with all teller standards and bank procedures.
• Complete all necessary documentation for customers in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a neat, clean professional appearance and demonstrate dependability and flexibility in performing the duties of this position.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling and balancing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
