Job Title: Teller II

Pinnacle Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller II to join our team. As a Teller II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality service to customers by assisting with transactions, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Process cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and account information.
  • Assist with opening and closing accounts, as well as performing other related duties.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote bank products and services.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 30 months of prior banking experience.
  • Cash handling and customer contact experience preferred.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with approximately two Saturdays a month. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
