We are currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee our financial operations and contribute to our mission of providing outstanding healthcare. The CFO will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our facility, which includes 183 licensed beds and a robust team of healthcare professionals.
The responsibilities of the CFO will encompass:
- Enhancing the financial performance of the hospital by analyzing existing operations and making strategic recommendations for improvement. This includes acting as a catalyst for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Overseeing the financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and performance reports.
- Participating in the preparation and submission of various financial reports required by federal and state regulations.
- Fostering employee development through effective management practices, motivating staff to achieve their highest potential.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- A thorough understanding of GAAP, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, as well as federal and local tax laws.
- Proficiency in all aspects of financial operations, including accounts payable, payroll, and general accounting.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. A Master's degree is preferred, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.
